Here’s what happens when turmeric supplementation leaves the kitchen—and enters the bloodstream.
Curcumin is a polyphenol that gives turmeric its yellow color and much of its medicinal appeal. It’s been studied for effects on metabolic health, cardiovascular markers, and cognitive resilience.
